I just completed another mentoring group (my 48th) with eight very talented men who preach in churches that average from 500 to 2500 in attendance. These guys are really sharp and they are making a big difference in their communities. I was impressed with their eagerness to learn and their intense desire to be the most effective servants for Christ they can be. I love doing these retreat and these guys were really enjoyable to be around. I think the world would be shocked with how much fun these men have and how much they love Christ and care for their people.
